This bike was approved as a single unit, passing all the tests provided for the normal type-approval of all the series bikes, provided by the Directive 2002/24/CE, all upgrades, and from all the applicable Directives.

It is then Euro 3 phase C approved and shown to be able comply the limits of EURO 4.

The noise level complies the Directive, with a rich bass sound, because I believe that bikes can have a good sound without being too much noisy. Given the suspensions and brakes fitted there was no doubts, anyway the tests on the brake system was successfully passed.

Even the electronic compatibility and immunity, made in the anechoic room have been passed without problems.

All the other functional and safety requirements have been fully met.
